Key Responsibilities:
Finding Qualified Caregivers: Manage the recruitment process to hire caregivers with the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications, including certified nursing assistants (CNAs), personal care aides (PCAs), and other healthcare professionals.
Attracting Top Talent: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best caregivers in a competitive job market, using job boards, social media, and networking within the healthcare community.
Cultural Fit and Compassion: Focus on identifying candidates who are empathetic, trustworthy, and passionate about caregiving, ensuring a positive relationship with clients.
Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure all candidates meet regulatory requirements, including background checks, certifications, and licensing standards specific to the region or state.
Cultural Assimilation: Help new caregivers align with the company's values, mission, and culture to maintain consistency and high-quality care standards.
Health and Safety Guidelines: Ensure that caregivers are trained on workplace safety protocols, hygiene standards, and proper handling of equipment while working in clients' homes.
Building Relationships with Clients: Assist with caregiver introductions to clients and help caregivers understand the specific needs and preferences of each client to build trust and ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications:
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or onboarding roles, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other HR tools is a plus.
