Neuropsychometrist

We have 2 openings for full-time positions in clinical psychology or neuropsychometry. This is a home-office position working in NCBI's virtual clinic providing neuropsychological diagnostic services to NCBI patients in the United States.

Our central clinical psychologists work directly under a supervising clinical neuropsychologist.

They generally perform 2 sets of neurodiagnostic services:

1. Intake and specialty exams as well as

2. Neuropsychological testing

Intakes are biopsychosocial histories conducted with newly registered patients. Clinicians are also trained to assist in conducting initial neuropsychiatric and neurobehavioral exams.

Clinical psychologists and neuropsychometrists also administer neuropsychological testing online to patients and/or their family members (informants) using NCBI's interactive NeuroStation platform. They are also responsible for scoring tests and extracting the test data to each patient's tests score sheet for analysis and preparing the AI assisted interpretation report.

We have our own neuropsychometry training program and we support 3rd party certifications in this area of training. Our neuropsychometrists and clinical psychologists are trained in the standardized administration of neuropsychological tests with children, adolescents and adults including geriatric patients presenting with a variety of cognitive, neurobehavioral and neuropsychiatric disorders. We use a variety of neuropsychological test batteries.

You will work within a team that consists of other neurodiagnostic technicians, mental health clinicians, clinical neuropsychologists, and neurologists as well as other clinicians and researchers. Qualifications:

At least a bachelor's degree for neuropsychometrists with your RPm certificate. For clinical psychologists, a master's degree with RPsy certification. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience performing clinical work such as neuropsychological testing.
