Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree of any course.
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
• With good verbal and writing skills.
• Ability in problem solving and provide factual reports.
• With effective verbal and writing skill.
• Can conduct analysis and a systematic validation of processes.

Job Description:

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Oversee the QA team, manage schedules, and prepare reports in the absence of the QA Head.
• Quality Control & Analysis: Review and analyze quality control reports, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Supplier & Material Management: Evaluate raw materials, provide feedback on non-conforming items, and conduct annual supplier audits.
• Training & Development: Orient new employees on their job descriptions and assist the QA Head in their training.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues, analyze daily rejection reports, and implement action plans.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards. Manage the disposition of "Return to Vendor" items and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Administrative & Support Functions: Assist with the preparation of various reports and documents, including Certificates of Inspection and Analysis.
