FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide nursing care to injured or ill workers

2. Give immediate temporary treatment in case of injury or illness, before the services of a physician become available

3. Participate in health maintenance examinations. If a physician is not available, perform work activities which are within the scope allowed by the nursing profession, and if more extensive examinations are needed, refer the same to a physician

4. Participate in the maintenance of workplace health and safety by giving suggestions for improving the working environment, which affects the health and well-being of the workers

5. Maintain a reporting and records system

6. Maintain workplace health & safety programs, as well as medical services & facilities

7. Has administrative control over the corporate clinic staff

8. Ensures quality medical & health care to employees

9. In-charge of staff & company physician's schedules

10. Prepare monthly report on clinic utilization & submit it to superior

11. In charge of company clinic inventory, including medicine & supplies

12. Prepares list of equipment for preventive maintenance & identifies medical equipment for repair

13. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Basic Qualifications:

• candidate must possess PRC license and have work experience as a company or clinic nurse
• Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI, Medical requirements, and verified Gcash account (for payroll processing)
