Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting with various finance and accounting tasks to support the finance and accounting department. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in finance or accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable:

  • Help manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Assist with data entry and ensuring that all Vouchers (APV) are recorded on a daily basis.
  • Provide support in analyzing Payables and Payment to Supplier
  • Encodes Withholding Tax Certificate (BIR 2307)

2. Data Entry & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and organized Records of APV's.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning and document management for audit purposes and ISO compliance.

3. Other Related Task:

Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Finance and Accounting Department Head.
