About the role

Alviera Country Club Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Sales professional to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding our banquet and events business. The position is based in Porac Pampanga.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identifying and pursuing new banquet and events opportunities
  2. Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial client contact to contract negotiation and event execution
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  4. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our banquet and events clients
  5. Collaborating with the events and catering teams to deliver high-quality banquet and event services
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our offerings
  7. Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the banquet, events or hospitality industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully generating new business and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
  4. Strong organisational and time management abilities
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences
