Your Role as Video Editor

As a Video Editor in our real estate marketing company, you'll be the creative force behind our property videos, crafting engaging content for listings, social media, and marketing campaigns. Your work will directly impact how potential buyers connect with their future homes, making properties feel not just seen, but truly felt.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce compelling videos for property listings, virtual tours, social media, and promotional campaigns. Incorporate music, voiceovers, graphics, and branding elements in line with brand guidelines and client expectations. Occasionally create short-form content such as reels, teasers, and highlight clips.
2. Content Revision: Implement feedback from clients and the internal team efficiently to revise and update video content, ensuring all requirements are met.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cinematographers and account managers to meet project goals and deadlines. Participate in team meetings to align on project objectives, timelines, and strategies.
4. Asset Management: Maintain an organized video library for easy access to project files. Archive completed projects and track all video assets for future reference. Manage storage proactively to optimize workflow.
5. Technical Proficiency & Troubleshooting: Address technical challenges related to video formats and exports. Stay updated on current real estate marketing trends and video editing techniques.
6. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to the team lead or manager on progress, challenges, and completed deliverables.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.
• Solid understanding of video file handling, storage, and archiving.
• Please include your SHOWREEL or Portfolio link in your application. Your portfolio should demonstrate expertise in sound editing, color grading, precise cutting techniques, effective shot selection, and strong storytelling ability.
