Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook with dietary expertise, located in Bacoor. The Cook will be responsible for preparing meals that cater to specific dietary requirements, developing weekly menus, sourcing fresh and high-quality ingredients, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and well-organized. Additional duties include monitoring food stock and managing kitchen inventory, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene practices, and communicating with family members to meet their dietary preferences and needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in meal preparation and menu development
• Knowledge of dietary needs, nutrition, and special diets
• Strong cooking skills, including proficiency in various cooking techniques
• Excellent organizational skills to manage kitchen inventory and food stock
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a private household
• Culinary certification or related qualification is desirable
