Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or currently enrolled) in a relevant field (e.g., Math, English, Science, Education).
- At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching nursery/kindergarten-level students.
- One-on-one tutoring experience shows adaptability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to adjust teaching methods to individual learning styles.
- Ability to create lesson plans and track student progress.
- Organizational skills and time management.
- In-house tutoring
- Deep knowledge in the subject(s) you want to teach.
- Able to break down complex topics into simpler, digestible explanations.
- Able to understand mandarin is a plus but not required.
