Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport executives, company employees and clients to their destinations in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns.
  • Deliver packages and goods when necessary
  • Operate the vehicle safely and ensure the cleanliness and good working condition of the assigned vehicle.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance and report any vehicle issues to the appropriate department and arrange for timely servicing.
  • Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other vehicle-related information.
  • Assist with light errands and courier services as required.
  • Maintain and renew professional driver's license as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, whether communicated verbally or in writing, to support the efficient operation of the department.

Qualifications

  • At least college level or SHS graduate
  • Possesses valid Professional Driver's License; PACP Certification is an advantage
  • At least 3 years driving experience preferably in corporate setting
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of vehicle maintenance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces
  • Physically fit
