Junior Architect

Duties of a Junior Architect

• Assist in preparing architectural designs, drawings, and plans under the supervision of senior architects.
• Draft technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models using CAD and design software.
• Support in developing concepts, design presentations, and proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Research materials, design trends, and construction techniques for project development.
• Ensure all plans adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and schedules related to ongoing projects.
• Assist in revisions and updates to plans based on client feedback or project needs.

Expectations for a Junior Architect

• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and design standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledgeable in rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray, and Lumion.
• Ability to create accurate drawings, detailed plans, and high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback from senior architects and project managers.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients and team members.
• Willingness to visit sites and adapt to fieldwork requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tagaytay, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
