CloudClick is a professional outsourcing and managed-workforce company based in Bohol that supports international clients, including technology platforms and enterprise operations.

We run a secure, cloud-based environment (Google Workspace, Cisco, Bitdefender) and are expanding our in-house technical team to maintain our network, endpoints, and office infrastructure.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a full-time IT Support & Systems Technician who will take ownership of our office IT systems, ensure that all 50 workstations are secure and up to date, and provide on-site and remote support to our staff.

You'll be the go-to person for everything from workstation setup and Wi-Fi performance to endpoint security and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update ~50 Windows 10/11 workstations.
  • Manage user accounts through Google Workspace Admin (enrolment, access, MFA).
  • Troubleshoot PC, network, Wi-Fi, and hardware issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with ISP providers and vendors for connectivity and equipment.
  • Maintain asset inventory and documentation of all system changes.
  • Support the company's DPO and management in compliance and security audits.
  • Provide friendly, effective tech support to employees in the office and remotely.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in IT support, systems administration, or network technician roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Google Workspace Admin, and basic networking.
  • Experience in SME or BPO environments preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
