parts warehouseman

The Parts Warehouseman is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing automotive parts and accessories in the dealership's warehouse. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and accurate inventory system and ensuring timely distribution of parts to service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale clients.

• Verify parts against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.
• Label and store parts in appropriate locations in the warehouse.
• Maintain organized, clean, and secure warehouse conditions.
• Pick, pack, and issue parts to internal departments and external customers.
• Assist service technicians in locating and retrieving necessary parts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in full physical inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the Parts Manager.
• Process returns and warranty claims as per dealership procedures.
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse or automotive parts handling preferred.

Experience in an automotive dealership environment is an advantage.

Licenses/Certifications:

Valid driver's license (required).
