Responsibilities:

  • Bill of quantities, material take-off & cost estimate
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, site inspection & project kick off
  • Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Prepare a project budget in a multiple project
  • Cost estimate for joinery works

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate of Architecture or any Engineering Course
  • With 2 years of experience in a Fit-out industry
  • Can do cost estimate for joineries and fit-out project
  • Knowledgeable in MEPF costing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php26,000.00 per month
