About the role

Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic and dedicated medical team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional respiratory care to our patients in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and monitoring patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, using a variety of advanced medical equipment and techniques.

What you'll be doing

  • · Performs respiratory therapy procedures according to departmental policies and Physician's orders

· Reviews patient records for relevant medical history and Physician's order prior to administering treatment

· Performs patient assessment, prioritizes therapy and recommends changes in therapy, if indicated

· Communicates patient information to relevant parties and updates patient records with timely, accurate and complete information

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related healthcare field
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the Philippines
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in the use of respiratory equipment, such as ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and nebulizers
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the medical team and educate patients
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to providing high-quality respiratory care
