Laser Programmer

• Preferably a graduate of any Technical/Vocational course related to Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, or any related field.
• NC II or NC III Certifications (e.g., Machining, CNC Programming, or Welding) are an advantage.
• Proficient in operating and programming laser cutting machines (CO₂ / Fiber Laser).
• Knowledgeable in CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and material specifications.
• Skilled in preparing cutting layouts, nesting, and optimizing materials.
• Understanding of machine parameters, cutting speeds, feed rates, and material thickness handling.
• Familiar with different materials (mild steel, stainless, aluminum, etc.) and their cutting characteristics.
• Capable of performing basic machine troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance.
• Experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills and decision-making.
• Can work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Must be disciplined, responsible, and safety-oriented.
