Plumber

Job Summary:

Supports the daily operations, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and infrastructure within the facility. This role involves hands-on participation in repair projects such as pipe installations, system inspections, fixture replacements, leak repairs, and system upgrades. The Plumber works as part of the maintenance team to ensure the reliability and operational efficiency of plumbing systems while following safety standards and organizational policies.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in plumbing, pipefitting, or a related technical field is preferred.

Work Experience: 5-10 years of experience in plumbing, construction support, or maintenance is preferred.

Physical Demands: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and operating within mechanical zones.

Skills:

· Familiarity with plumbing system repair techniques, including pipe installation, fixture replacement, leak detection, hot and cold water system monitoring, and sanitary system inspections.

· Strong attention to detail and an understanding of plumbing maintenance and repair processes.

· Basic problem-solving and technical repair abilities.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Other Requirements: Certifications in plumbing, pipefitting, or related technical repair fields are a plus.
