JOB SUMMARY
The Territory Officer oversees the overall operations and maintenance of the assigned water service area. This includes ensuring smooth service delivery, addressing customer concerns, maintaining system efficiency, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The role also involves supervising field personnel and coordinating with management for operational reports and improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise personnel within the assigned area and ensure daily operational efficiency.
· Oversee field operations, including the resolution of customer complaints related to water service and the sanitation of water tanks and pump houses.
· Monitor inventory and prepare monthly reports on incoming and outgoing materials.
· Review completed water installation job orders from field offices.
· Prepare and maintain monthly production and discharge reports for all pumping stations.
· Monitor and document daily Non-Revenue Water (NRW) incidents and contractor activities.
· Supervise power usage, production data, sanitation, and overall cleanliness of pumping stations and water facilities.
· Identify, maintain, and repair waterline systems to minimize losses and ensure consistent, safe water distribution to customers.
· Monitor water treatment and quality control processes to detect and prevent contamination or irregularities.
· Address customer concerns related to water pressure, water quality, and service notices.
· Ensure monthly and annual operational targets are achieved.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Engineering Department Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field.
· Professional license is an advantage.
· –2 years of related work experience.
· Background in customer service and stakeholder management.
· Basic knowledge of electromechanical systems and water distribution networks.
· Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
· Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Driving skills are a plus.
