Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resto Bar Manager to oversee daily operations of our food and beverage establishment in Legazpi City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, high-quality food and beverage offerings, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role also includes staff supervision, inventory control, and business performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily resto bar operations, including dining and bar service.

Supervise and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Ensure outstanding customer service and handle guest concerns promptly.

Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu items, promotions, and food quality.

Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control of food, beverages, and supplies.

Monitor staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.

Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations.

Track sales, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for management.

Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer traffic.

Ensure cleanliness and ambiance of the resto bar aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field is preferred.

At least 2–3 years of managerial experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Knowledge of food and beverage trends and bar operations.

Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
