This full-time position in Quezon City, Metro Manila requires operating and maintaining specialised heavy machinery to assist with construction projects. As an integral member of the team, you'll play a key role in the success and safety of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate and manoeuvre manlift equipment to position materials, tools, and personnel as needed
  2. Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety
  3. Monitor equipment functions and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  4. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
  5. Collaborate with the construction crew to efficiently complete tasks
  6. Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage and condition

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Manlift Operator or similar heavy equipment role in the construction industry
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Manlift Operator is required
  3. Experience in construction or related industries is required
  4. Valid license or certification to operate manlift equipment
  5. TESDA NCII certification for manlift operation is required
  6. Candidates must possess valid manlift licence or certification before applying
  7. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  8. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
  9. Commitment to upholding stringent safety protocols
  10. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
