Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. VIP Relationship Management
Serve as the dedicated liaison for assigned VIP players, offering personalized assistance and support.
Proactively engage with VIP players to understand their needs, preferences, and motivations.
Provide tailored recommendations on games, promotions, and events to enhance player experience.
Anticipate issues, resolve complaints, and ensure seamless problem resolution.
2. Player Retention & Growth
Monitor VIP activity, ensuring consistent engagement and retention of high-value players.
Develop individualized rewards, bonuses, and offers aligned with player profiles.
Track and report VIP performance, contribution, and profitability.
Identify and upsell opportunities through personalized events.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, payments, and customer support teams to deliver seamless service.
Provide feedback on VIP preferences and trends to optimize promotions and campaigns.
Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in VIP services, high-value account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse personalities.
- Experience in online gaming, iGaming, or casino industry is preferred.
