The ROLE

We're on the hunt for a motivated, detail-loving IT Associate to join our tribe. If you've had some hands-on experience in IT or business support and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, you'll fit right in. You'll work as part of our IT team to keep systems running seamlessly, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support to both our internal team members and clients.

What YOU'LL DO

  • Provide first-line IT support, solving hardware and software issues for the team
  • Monitor systems and help maintain networks, servers, and other infrastructure
  • Set up and manage user accounts, access, and permissions securely
  • Install, configure, and update hardware and software to keep everything running smoothly
  • Keep IT records and asset inventories accurate and up to date
  • Support IT projects through research, testing, and documentation
  • Work closely with your IT teammates and communicate clearly with end-user
