Job Description
Supervise IT staff in maintaining hotel and casino technology systems.
Ensure smooth operation of PMS, POS, guest Wi-Fi, and security systems.
Enforce IT security policies and data protection protocols.
Manage IT service requests and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and hardware maintenance.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT, ECE, Computer Science or any related field. CCNA, CCNP or any related Certifications.
3+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or system administration.
1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Hands-on experience with networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT service management
Experience in the hospitality or gaming industry is preferred.
Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of hotel and casino IT systems.
Leadership & Coordination – Ability to manage and guide IT teams.
Problem-Solving – Fast and effective resolution of IT issues.
Customer Service Orientation – Professional handling of guest IT concerns.
Time Management – Prioritization of multiple IT tasks.
