  1. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of sports-related Viber groups, including setting group rules, maintaining order, updating content, and pushing event information. Plan daily interactive topics, prediction activities, and community benefit events.
  2. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of betting-related Viber groups, including publishing pre-game information for NBA, football, and other sports events, odds movements, line analysis, and related content. Push betting tips, match reviews, win/loss statistics, and other professional content.
  3. Responsible for user growth and retention by formulating acquisition strategies such as viral campaigns, invitation rewards, and cross-group promotions.Identify user needs and build high-retention, high-conversion private user pools

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Viber/Telegram community operations preferred; experience in the betting industry is a plus.
  • Familiar with sports events (NBA / Football), with basic knowledge of betting lines preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and capable of handling unexpected situations.
  • Able to write simple content and possess basic data analysis skills.
  • Highly responsible and able to work in shifts, including being on duty during sports events (night/weekends).
