Job Title: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing and customer-focused team.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns.
  • Act as reliever when needed.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered by all team members.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the store.
  • Sales and Revenue:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Implement effective merchandising and product placement strategies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and manage the store budget, including expenses and revenue.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to assess performance.
  • Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and enforce store security procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Communication:
  • Maintain open and effective communication with both the team and upper management.
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss goals, expectations, and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a coffee shop or food & beverage management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledgeable in coffee preparation, café operations, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and respond to operational needs.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
