What You'll Do
As a Senior Azure Engineer based in Taguig, you will be entrusted with end-to-end responsibility for the design, management, optimisation, and security of the organisation's Azure Cloud platform. Your daily activities will involve architecting scalable solutions tailored to business requirements; automating deployments using modern scripting languages; monitoring system health; implementing robust data protection strategies; overseeing cloud operations; leading migration projects; building automation pipelines; collaborating with cross-functional teams; providing expert-level support for complex incidents; and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. • Design, manage, and maintain the Azure cloud platform to ensure it remains resilient, secure, and highly available for all users across the organisation.

• Monitor Azure infrastructure performance proactively to optimise cost-efficiency and guarantee seamless service delivery at all times.
• Automate deployment processes and configuration management using tools such as PowerShell and Service-Now to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
• Implement robust data protection measures by leveraging Azure security features to comply with relevant laws and regulations governing information security.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning and rapid resolution of any issues that may arise.

• At least seven years' proven experience as an Azure Engineer or similar role within international settings—preferably in the financial industry—showcasing your ability to deliver results in complex environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in system architectural design enabling you to create robust solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of networking concepts (including security) essential for safeguarding cloud assets against emerging threats.
• Solid grasp of FinOps principles allowing you to optimise costs without compromising performance or reliability.
• Practical experience with ITSM/ITIL frameworks ensuring efficient incident management and service delivery across diverse teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code practices (such as Terraform) combined with CI/CD platforms like Gitlab for streamlined deployments.
• In-depth knowledge of Entra ID authentication protocols (SAML, oAuth 2.0, OIDC) critical for secure access management within cloud environments.
• Advanced familiarity with Windows Server OS administration as well as Docker containerisation technologies supporting modern application architectures.
• Exceptional organisational skills complemented by effective prioritisation techniques enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
