Accounting Clerk

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounting Clerk to join our team at Grand Legacy Builders Construction and Development Corp. in Angono Rizal. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative duties to support our growing construction and development business.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintain detailed records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
2. Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner
3. Reconcile bank statements and perform other account reconciliations
4. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
5. Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
6. Ensure all accounting tasks are completed in compliance with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
3. Proficient in using accounting software, such as Google Sheets, MS Excel, QuickBooks, Asana, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Zoom, and Viber
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to work well in a team and independently
