Overview:

We are looking for a highly observant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Surveillance Analyst. This role is responsible for monitoring live camera feeds, identifying and reporting suspicious activity, and preparing concise shift summaries in English. Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple live surveillance camera feeds in real time.
• Identify and escalate suspicious behavior or security concerns according to protocol.
• Document daily observations and activities by writing clear, accurate shift summaries in English.
• Maintain constant communication with the security or operations team for incident reporting and support.
• Ensure all monitoring tools and systems are functioning effectively during assigned shifts.
• Adhere to confidentiality standards and company policies at all times.
