Overview:

We are looking for a highly observant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Surveillance Analyst. This role is responsible for monitoring live camera feeds, identifying and reporting suspicious activity, and preparing concise shift summaries in English. If you're focused, proactive, and thrive in a structured environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor multiple live surveillance camera feeds in real time.
  • Identify and escalate suspicious behavior or security concerns according to protocol.
  • Document daily observations and activities by writing clear, accurate shift summaries in English.
  • Maintain constant communication with the security or operations team for incident reporting and support.
  • Ensure all monitoring tools and systems are functioning effectively during assigned shifts.
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards and company policies at all times.
