Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting daily human resource and administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functions, and assisting in employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Prepare and organize HR documents, reports, and memos.
  • Handle attendance monitoring and leave records.
  • Support payroll preparation and other HR transactions.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office needs.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the HR and Admin Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage.
  • Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and team player.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
