Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting daily human resource and administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functions, and assisting in employee-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Prepare and organize HR documents, reports, and memos.
- Handle attendance monitoring and leave records.
- Support payroll preparation and other HR transactions.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office needs.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the HR and Admin Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- With experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage.
- Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and team player.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
