Saint Paul American School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Basketball Coach to lead our after-school basketball program. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about sports, skilled in basketball fundamentals, and motivated to inspire students both on and off the court.
Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
Stipend: ₱11,000 per month (based on 20 working hours per month)
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:00–5:00 PM (4 hours per week for after-school coaching, plus 2 hours for games/matches with other schools)
Responsibilities
- Conduct basketball training sessions for students twice a week.
- Teach basketball fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Prepare students for inter-school games and matches.
- Supervise and mentor players to build skills, discipline, and confidence.
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for student-athletes.
Qualifications
- Experience in coaching basketball (school-level coaching experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor young athletes.
- Passion for developing students' athletic and character growth.
