Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, process, and monitor all import and export documents in compliance with PEZA and BOC requirements.
Handle PEZA documentation such as:
Import Entry and Internal Revenue Declaration (IEIRD)
Export Declaration (ED)
PEZA gate passes, STMS entries, and LOA documentation.
Coordinate with PEZA, BOC, brokers, forwarders, and suppliers to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Maintain and update records of all import/export transactions for PEZA audit and reporting.
Ensure compliance with PEZA regulations, particularly regarding movement of bonded goods, raw materials, and finished products.
Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly PEZA reports and other regulatory requirements.
Assist in logistics and inventory coordination related to imported raw materials and exported goods.
Support internal and external audits related to import/export operations.
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.
