Job Title: FP&A Supervisor / Assistant Manager
Location: Laguna/ Full Onsite M-F/ Day Shift

Role Overview

The FP&A Supervisor / Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning and analysis function, including business partnering with various departments. The role works closely with business unit and functional leaders to evaluate overall business performance.

This position is hands-on and involves forecasting, pricing analysis, capital expenditure (CAPEX) review, and cost management. The FP&A Supervisor also leads and mentors a team of Finance Analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes to support strategic business decisions.

  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide insights to drive profitability.

  • Oversee budgeting, pricing, and cost analysis to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

  • Review and evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and provide financial recommendations.

  • Supervise and coach a team of Finance Analysts to achieve departmental goals.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for management visibility.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

  • At least 8 years of relevant finance experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems.

  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements.
