The Multimedia Artist (3D) is responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling, brand-consistent digital and static creatives across multiple formats for five international FMCG brands. This role combines advanced skills in graphic design, 3D rendering, and illustration to bring brand narratives to life across digital, social, e-commerce, and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, deep technical skills, and a passion for innovation, especially in emerging formats like augmented reality (AR).

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Brand Execution

  • Create static and animated graphics, digital ads, and e-commerce visuals that align with brand guidelines for all five FMCG brands.
  • Develop high-quality 3D renderings and product visualizations for packaging, digital assets, and campaign materials.
  • Produce original illustrations and vector artworks for storytelling, promotional content, and branding use.

3D Visualization & Motion Support

  • Render photorealistic mockups, animation loops, and turntable videos for products and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to simulate consumer experiences using 3D visuals and environmental mockups.

Augmented Reality & Emerging Media (Nice to Have)

  • Assist in the conceptualization of AR filters, virtual product try-ons, and immersive experiences (for Meta, TikTok, or e-commerce platforms).
  • Coordinate with AR developers or platforms to bring concepts to execution when applicable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with e-commerce, digital marketing, and brand teams to interpret creative briefs and deliver assets aligned with timelines.
  • Participate and contribute in brainstorming sessions (weekly team huddles, quarterly campaign planning, annual marcom planning, occasional pitches with brand principals, and brand workshops).

Asset Management & Versioning

  • Maintain an organized design archive and asset library (PSD, AI, OBJ, MP4, GLB files).
  • Adapt and resize master files for different platforms (e.g., TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, digital banners).

Innovation & Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated with global design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and platform-specific creative formats.
  • Recommend design and tech solutions (e.g., motion, interactivity, or immersive media) to elevate campaign performance.
