We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a prestigious hotel development project. This is a key role responsible for managing all cost and commercial aspects of the construction project from inception through completion. Key Responsibilities:Cost Estimation & BudgetingPrepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for all project phasesMonitor and control project costs throughout the construction periodPrepare tender documents and bills of quantities (BoQ)Commercial ManagementManage contract negotiations and procurement processesHandle variations, claims, and change ordersPrepare valuations and interim payment certificatesEnsure compliance with contractual obligationsProject ControlsTrack expenditures against budget allocationsIdentify cost variances and implement corrective measuresProduce regular financial reports and forecastsManage supplier and subcontractor paymentsStakeholder LiaisonCollaborate with project management, architects, and engineersCommunicate financial status to clients and stakeholdersMaintain professional relationships with contractorsRequired Qualifications:Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience: Minimum 8+ years in quantity surveying, preferably on hospitality/hotel projectsProfessional Credentials: RICS or equivalent professional membership preferredTechnical Skills:Proficiency in cost estimation softwareAdvanced MS Office skillsKnowledge of BIM and project management toolsDesired Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of hotel/hospitality construction standardsJoin an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark.
