WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE…
As a KYC Specialist, your ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and your keen attention to detail will be your "solid hacks" to excel in this role You will not only conduct accurate and timely due diligence reviews of customer accounts and transactions, but you will also have the opportunity to analyze and make decisions independently, in line with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
You're excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Request, document, and verify accounts for initial risk assessment on new customers.
- Periodically evaluate existing customers according to established policies and procedures to ensure that system information is up to date.
- Closely work with Fraud and Risk Department to investigate high-risk customers and prepare reports when necessary.
- Maintain detailed customer records and analyze client data; and you will
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
In order to be successful for the role, you should have:
- A college degree (any field).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (open to junior and mid-level candidates; fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with international customers.
- Familiarity with international documents (experience with European and Asian countries is preferred, but not required).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to complete deliverables on time while managing multiple, evolving business priorities.
- Dependability, drive, and resourcefulness, while also being a strong team player.
- A collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn new things.
Your non-negotiable remote working requirements are:
- Candidate must have a stable, wired internet connection.
- Candidate must have a dedicated and quiet workspace at home.
- A personal laptop or desktop computer is required for the role.
- Candidate must be amenable to work on a shifting/rotational schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Candidate should be available to start immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php28,000.00 per month
