Trajet International Travel and Leisure Corp. is urgently in need of a Travel Specialist / Reservation Agent.

TRAVEL SPECIALIST / RESERVATION AGENT

Responsibilities:

• Plan and sell tour packages and other travel services
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, travel dates, costs and accommodations
• Book hotel reservations and flights
• Deal with occurring travel problems and offer solutions
• Assess and process travel requirements and documents
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends

*Join our tour groups as a tour coordinator to handle clients on the ground and needs to familiarize on tours

Requirements:

• This is an urgent hiring so you need to be available to start immediately
• Full time job
• Experience as a travel agent is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in computer reservations systems or online booking
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
• Excellent Customer Service
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
• IATA ticketing experience is a PLUS
