CSR (Dispatcher)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The CSR (Dispatcher) ensures efficient coordination of network operations by supporting the Outside Plant Administrator, managing the TNG Cartrack system, and dispatching job orders daily. The role monitors network activities to meet service levels and MTTR targets, provides timely updates to branches and departments, and prepares daily accomplishment reports. This position is key in ensuring smooth workflow, quick response to outages, and accurate reporting of network activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: At least a high school graduate
• Experience: No prior work experience required; experience in data encoding, dispatch, or clerical support is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry systems).
• Detail-oriented and accurate in encoding and reporting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

• Batangas City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
