About the role

CPI Management Services is seeking a talented and motivated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and seamless customer support

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not required
