Kitchen Steward

Kitchen Steward - Responsible for Cleaning of cooking stations, organized and sanitized. Wash the dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and kitchen equipment. Sanitized food preparation areas, walls and floors. Also talked to do variety of cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.) Maintains the cleanliness of cooking stations, equipment, tools, floors and general surfaces.

2.) Transports food supplies from storeroom, freezer using trolley/ basket to the kitchen.

3.) Frequently removing of waste, trash bins, from the floors and work surfaces, applies recycling methods. dispose garbage and grease properly.

4.) Supplies dishware to food preparation stations if needed.

5.) Clean and polish all cook wares and surfaces.

6.) Conducts accounting and inventory of all utensils, dishes, decorations, equipment during events.

7.) Perform inventory supplies.

8.) Clean office facilities inside and outside premises, this includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuums and polishing surfaces and floors.

9.) Ensure bathrooms and common areas are sanitized and disinfected regularly.

10.) Empty trash bins and dispose waste properly.

11.) Notify supervisor of unsafe area conditions.

12.) Other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Job requirements and Qualifications:

1.) At least high school graduate

2.) Minimum of 1-year experience in any fast food restaurant.

3.) Knowledgeable about kitchen and equipment cleaning and sanitizing standards and practices including proper handling of chemicals for cleaning.

4.) Must be comfortable with frequent lifting.

5.) Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

6.) Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.

7.) Interested applicants to be assign in our new resto located at Brgy. Lolomboy Bocaue Bulacan (In front of Bocaue Specialist Medical Center, Beside LTO Bocaue).

8.) 5 days to 1-week training and exposure here at CHRISTINE'S RESTAURANT located in Malolos Bulacan (Beside STI College Malolos).
