The Cashier is the front line representative of the store, responsible for processing transactions, providing assistance with mobile phone purchases, and offering knowledge on accessories and services. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash and digital transactions accurately.

Customer Interaction

  • Greet customers warmly and offer assistance with product inquiries.
  • Provide recommendations for mobile phones, accessories, and services based on customer needs.
  • Inform customers about promotions, sales, and new products.

Transaction Handling

  • Accurately process customer purchases using POS systems.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and digital transactions.
  • Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are correctly processed.

Product Knowledge and Sales

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile phone models, accessories, and service plans.
  • Upsell phone accessories, protection plans, and service plans to customers.
  • Promote current sales, special offers, and loyalty programs.

Security and Loss Prevention

  • Monitor customer activity to prevent theft and suspicious behavior.
  • Follow loss prevention procedures and report any incidents to management.
