As a Farm Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and safe operation of electrical systems and equipment across our poultry and feed operations.

Your key duties include:

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and lighting systems in farm facilities
  • Troubleshooting power issues and ensuring minimal downtime
  • Performing routine electrical inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Supporting farm automation and equipment setup (feeders, fans, water pumps, etc.)
  • Coordinating with farm managers and maintenance teams for system upgrades and repairs
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
  • TESDA Certificate in Electrical Installation & Maintenance (NC II or higher) – required
  • At least 2 years of experience in industrial or agricultural electrical maintenance
  • Knowledge in control panels, motors, and farm automation systems is an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned to Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija or Tanay, Rizal
  • Physically fit and willing to work in farm environments
  • Willing to Stay-In
