About the role

AGVILL RESOURCES INC' is seeking a talented and dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in Western Bicutan, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our online platforms.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and policies
• Identifying and removing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content in a timely manner
• Providing clear and concise feedback to users on content that needs to be modified or removed
• Collaborating with the broader content moderation team to develop and refine moderation strategies
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the field of content moderation
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of your moderation activities

What we're looking for

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with online community guidelines and content moderation best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
• Relevant experience in a customer service or content moderation role is preferred
