Job Summary:

Assist QA in line inspectors in enhancing their learning and further understanding company goals.

Verifies reports submitted by QA inspectors. Ensures that rejection rate is at minimal.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any course
  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in manufacturing industry
  • With good verbal and writing skills
  • Ability in problem solving and provide factual reports
  • With effective verbal and writing skill
  • Can conduct analysis and a systematic validation of processes

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares weekly schedule of QA Personnel in the absence of QA Head.

  2. Prepares weekly report in the absence of QA Head.

  3. Assist QA Head to review, evaluate and analyse quality control reports for accuracy and takes actions to correct quality problems.

  4. Coordinates with other department relevant to quality and recommends proper corrective action.

  5. Evaluates supplied Raw Materials and give feedback on non-conforming item thru CAPA Report.

  6. Assist to supervise and monitor QC inspectors' performance in the absence of Process Engineer.

  7. Attends and evaluates sub-con employees in monthly evaluation meeting.

  8. Discusses job description to new employees.

  9. Assists QA Head in training new employees.

  10. Conduct Supplier's Audit annually.

  11. Analyze and submit daily rejection report to QA Head and coordinate the action plan for its improvement.

  12. Monitors Hold Item and 6M Deviation Report and discuss it with QA Head.

  13. C0onduct awareness to Production and Warehouse Personnel regarding Quality issue, customer complaint; GMP, HACCP and Food Safety.

  14. Validates "Return to Vendor" or Bad Order" and facilitate re-inspection together with QA Inspector prior for disposition.

  15. Responsible for safety, orderliness and cleanliness in working area.

  16. Assist QA Head in checking Certificate of Inspection and Analysis prior to issuance.

  17. Facilitates preparation of Advance Sample, Statutory Compliance documents, testing and certification.

  18. Assists QA Head to validate Weekly and Monthly weight verification Report from Cost Accounting, and coordinate corrective actions.

  19. Recommend improvements in achieving department objectives.

  20. Follows company rules and regulations.
