WSR Lead

About the role

As the WSR Lead - Adaptive Insight, you will be responsible for leading the Workstream Readiness (WSR) efforts for a 6-month project at AVENSYS CONSULTING INC.'. This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work both on-site in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila and remotely. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Adaptive Insight platform and the smooth transition of the client's operations.

This role demands a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Security, Reporting and Analytics, with deep understanding of advance reporting and techniques and the ability to build customized solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide leadership and oversight for the Workstream Readiness (WSR) activities, ensuring they are planned and executed effectively
2. Collaborate closely with the project team and client stakeholders to identify and address any potential roadblocks or risks
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking progress and milestones
4. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance user understanding and adoption of the Adaptive Insight platform
5. Coordinate the development and delivery of user guides, training materials, and other supporting documentation
6. Monitor user feedback and continuously improve the WSR process to enhance the overall project's success
7. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to the project leadership team

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate should have expertise in advanced reporting methodologies and have practical experience with calculated fields logic, directly work with clients to understand their requirements, ensure optimal performance of reporting systems, and build tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for peer reviews, managing team task, and contributing to the development of custom dashboards
