Messenger & Collector

About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Messenger & Collector to join our team at Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp.'. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative duties, including the pickup and delivery of documents and payments. Based in Santolan Pasig City Metro Manila, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Collect and deliver company documents, packages, banking and payments to various locations in a timely and efficient manner
2. Maintain detailed records of all pickups and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and accountability
3. Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the office supply inventory
4. Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry as needed
5. Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service
6. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office operations

What we're looking for

1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or messenger role
2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
5. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
6. A valid motorcycle driver's license and reliable mode of transportation (preferred)
