Be part of our client's team as an AU Broker and Finance Specialist, supporting end-to-end loan processing. You'll prepare and submit loan documents, coordinate with lenders, manage client files, conduct rate comparisons, and ensure accuracy in every step-helping Australian clients achieve seamless mortgage solutions.

Qualifications Needed to Excel

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Some prior experience in the Australian mortgage industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Exposure to MyCRM / AOL software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work independently

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and submitting loan applications
• Generate required documentation and complete online forms
• Use servicing calculators for multiple lenders with training where required
• Conduct interest rate pricing and comparisons
• Order and coordinate property valuations
• Manage loan settlement tasks and process incoming documents
• Support the Australian team with loan application workflows and internal policies
• Maintain detailed task history in client files
• Coordinate with banks and lending partners on client matters
• Help ensure the accuracy and quality of client records
• Contribute to team success and participate in training initiatives
