Project Location: Gapan City, Nueva Ecija

Job Description:

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, materials, and documents to and from project sites, offices, and other required destinations.
  • Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition by conducting regular checks and maintenance (oil, water, tire pressure, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle at all times (interior and exterior).
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during operations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials or equipment when necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of travel logs, fuel consumption, and maintenance reports.
  • Coordinate with site engineers or admin for daily trip schedules and transport assignments.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management related to logistics and transport support.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2, 3 or higher).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a company or project driver (construction/project site experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Physically fit, reliable, and punctual.
  • Familiarity with routes and road networks within and outside the city/province (especially inter-site travel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • With clean driving record (no major traffic violations or accidents).
  • Willing to travel or be assigned to different project sites as needed.
  • Can work under minimal supervision and with a sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience driving pickup trucks, vans, or light trucks.
  • Previous experience in a construction or engineering company is an advantage.
  • Basic mechanical skills or TESDA certification in driving/mechanics is a plus.
