Accounting Staff

We are looking for an Accounting Staff who will assist in managing both collections and payables to support the company's financial operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and applicants must be willing to work ASAP.

Collections Responsibilities:

  • Record collections from customers for sales
  • Verify customer payment deposit slips
  • Record corrections of entries for overpayments
  • Update accounts receivables for due invoices
  • Follow up on overdue sales collections
  • Prepare billing statements
  • Report daily and monthly collections
  • Prepare daily delivery receipts
  • Perform duties assigned and supervised by the immediate head and manager

Payables Responsibilities:

  • Record partial payments of outstanding payables
  • Prepare and record purchases
  • Prepare cheque payments for suppliers
  • Prepare international payments (TRADE)
  • Prepare purchase orders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field (open for fresh graduates)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and with good analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Willing to start immediately (ASAP)Perform other additional duties assigned  by the immediate head.
