• Turf and Landscape Management: Developing and executing programs for maintaining the health and appearance of greens, fairways, tees, trees, bunkers, and surrounding landscaping.
• Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the daily upkeep, maintenance, and repair of all golf course equipment and machinery.
• Staff Supervision: Training, scheduling, and providing direction and guidance to the turf maintenance staff and other grounds personnel.
• Budget and Resource Management: Preparing and administering the annual maintenance budget, managing expenses, and making purchasing recommendations for equipment and supplies.
• Irrigation Systems: Maintaining and repairing the golf course's irrigation systems to ensure proper turf hydration.
• Agronomic and Pest Control Programs: Developing and implementing strategies for fertilization, disease control, and pest management to protect the turf.
• Environmental Stewardship: Conserving and protecting natural resources, ensuring compliance with local and federal environmental regulations.
• Reporting and Planning: Reporting to the golf club's management or board of directors, providing professional opinions, and participating in long-range planning for the course.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
