Lead the creation of world-class video content for our global clients.

APEX Global is on the lookout for a highly skilled and creatively driven Mid or Senior Video Editor to lead the development of compelling, high-quality video content. This is a key role where you'll shape the visual storytelling and brand narratives for our discerning Western clientele.

We're looking for someone who not only edits with precision but also thinks like a storyteller. You should live and breathe modern editing techniques, motion graphics, and engaging visual experiences. If you're passionate about delivering best-in-class video content and mentoring others along the way, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire video production process from raw footage to final delivery, including editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
  • Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into visually stunning and cohesive video content for a variety of platforms.
  • Create diverse video assets, such as social media ads, client testimonials, brand films, product demos, and internal communications.
  • Lead the post-production workflow, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, meet high-quality standards, and are optimized for their intended platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok).
  • Communication & Collaboration
  • Partner with project managers, designers, and Western stakeholders to align on project goals and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Communicate ideas and project progress clearly and confidently.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, attention to detail, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertly use industry-standard software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

  • Creativity and thinking outside of the box, we don't like to micromanage.

Work Setup & Expectations

  • Schedule: Full-time, remote | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Location: Open to all PH-based applicants; preference for Metro Manila residents for occasional in-person collaboration
  • Requirements: Stable high-speed internet, professional remote workspace, and use of a time tracker during work hours
  • Start Date: ASAP
